Engineering Disclaimer
Effective: March 2026
AscertAInit is designed to support engineering decision making, not replace it. The platform evaluates documents against expert authored criteria and surfaces findings for review by qualified professionals.
Key Limitations
- Not a certification: AscertAInit findings do not constitute engineering approval, regulatory certification, or compliance determination.
- Human in the loop required: all findings require review, disposition, and acceptance by a qualified engineer before any action is taken.
- Document quality dependency: accuracy of findings depends on the quality and completeness of uploaded documents. Raster only scanned drawings, incomplete specifications, or non standard formatting may produce reduced accuracy.
- No safety determination: AscertAInit does not perform safety analyses, hazard evaluations, or risk assessments. It flags potential issues for human evaluation.
Scope of Responsibility
Final responsibility for designs, analyses, safety determinations, and regulatory compliance remains with the end user and their qualified professionals. FlyFission Consulting Group, LLC does not accept liability for engineering decisions made based on AscertAInit output.
